Breda is a partner in the Wills & Probate team. She has over 20 years experience and specialises in the preparation of Wills, Inheritance tax advice, applications to the Court of Protection and the administration of estates after death.
Significant cases
- Administered estates with assets held in several foreign jurisdictions including Jersey, Isle of Man, Ireland, Italy, Spain and USA and for Testators who have died abroad.
- Acted for Administrators in complex intestacies, compiling family trees and tracing beneficiaries.
- Advised Executors and Administrations when dealing with creditors in Insolvent estates.
