Our Wills, Trusts & Probate team has a wealth of experience in the drafting of wills and trusts and in the administration of the estates of the deceased.

The team advises on all aspects of inheritance tax planning for the individual and on Court of Protection procedures, including the appointment of Deputies to look after the affairs of the elderly or disabled and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

The team also creates and administers all types of trusts, including those for the preservation of family assets, as well as those for disabled persons and personal injury trusts.

We also have a dedicated team that can deal with all types of inheritance disputes. This means that we can act for you whether you are a beneficiary, executor or simply a family member. Disputes can also be raised by anyone else connected to the deceased who has concerns about the will or the way in which the estate is to be divided or is being distributed.

The team has six specialists, three of whom are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
