Education:

Kelly completed the Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) in 2007 and went on to build on her management experience through studying the Advanced Level Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2013. Kelly qualified in 2015 and attained Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2016.  

Main Areas of Work:

Her role is to undertake all aspects of HR across the firm including managing recruitment and selection processes; facilitating training and development; coordinating provision of benefits and continuously reviewing and improving HR practices. In addition, Kelly’s role includes assisting on operational compliance issues including maintaining Lexcel standards and facilitating the firm’s CQS accreditation scheme.
