COMPANIES looking for advice on recruitment can take advantage of a half day conference by employment law specialists at Wake Smith Solicitors.
The conference will review the legal aspects of employees joining and leaving a company, discrimination laws, tips for the recruitment of staff and how to know read candidates properly.
Mark Serby and Holly Dobson, both highlighted in the recent Legal 500 rankings for expertise, bring their combined 50 plus years of experience in employment law to delegates offering advice on discrimination, hiring and firing, tribunals and disciplinary panels.
While HR consultancy business owner Joanne Wurpillot, an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and certified Wiley DiSC coach, has first-hand experience of the challenges business owners and managers face from working in recruitment and HR functions in SMEs and large international organisations.
