Wake Smith are currently excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy Company Commercial department.
Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a demonstrable background of handling corporate and commercial work across different sectors. Applicants should ideally have at least one year’s post qualification experience; applications from candidates with less experience will also be considered.
This role is an integral role within a vastly experienced, specialist team and we are looking for candidates with personality and drive to handle a varied caseload. They will work closely with clients and be provided with the opportunity to build relationships directly and to develop their own profile through networking initiatives.
Our Company Commercial team are recommended in the Legal 500 and the successful candidate will have excellent opportunities to learn and progress within the firm.
