Key members of the Marketing Team have access to the website CMS at all times and any articles or content deemed surplus or unsuitable can be removed within 24 hours.

Scope of permitted and prohibited content is agreed in advance by the Marketing Team working with the board of directors to ensure that content is legally correct and in no way prohibited.

The Marketing Team and the website developers are the only parties who have access to the website. Passwords are changed on a bimonthly basis and must contain at least 8 characters including alphanumeric, upper and lower case characters and symbols.
