People and Culture Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for a part time People and Culture Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day running of the People & Culture Department at Wake Smith.

As one of the leading practices in the region, the firm has built an enviable reputation for forging successful professional relationships and providing exceptional client care.

This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in providing high-quality administrative support within a professional environment. Working closely with the People & Culture Director, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate staff records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating training and development activity, and assisting with leaver administration.

We are looking for a friendly, adaptable team player with strong organisational skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and experience within an HR or professional services environment would be advantageous.
