Solicitor in Medical & Clinical Negligence

Education:

Dylan completed his undergraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University and graduated in 2019 with a 2:1 in Law. He joined Wake Smith in January 2021 as a Paralegal in our Clinical Negligence Department and subsequently began studying his LPC whilst working full time. He completed his LPC in June 2023.

Dylan qualified as a Solicitor after successfully completing a training contract with Wake Smith in September 2025.

Main Areas of Work:

Dylan works on all aspects of Clinical Negligence, including:

• Delay in diagnosis / misdiagnosis

• Claims against GPs, hospitals, Care Homes, Dentist and Opticians

• Fatal cases / dependency claims

• Cosmetic Surgery Claims

• Medication Errors

• Surgical Errors

• Falls

• Birth Injuries

Dylan also works alongside the senior fee earners in assisting on their caseload on more complex and higher value matters
