Dylan completed his undergraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University and graduated in 2019 with a 2:1 in Law. He joined Wake Smith in January 2021 as a Paralegal in our Clinical Negligence Department and subsequently began studying his LPC whilst working full time. He completed his LPC in June 2023.

Dylan commenced his training contract at Wake Smith in September 2023. His first seat is within the Employment & HR Services / Litigation department where he assists solicitors and clients with various different claims and aspects of employment / litigation matters.

Main Areas of Work:

Dylan works very closely with both the Employment Law and HR Services Department and the Litigation Department. Dylan provides support to all of the fee earners within those teams with their case load. Dylan’s main areas of work include:

  • Assisting clients throughout the employment tribunal process;
  • Conducting research on complex areas of law;
  • Bundle and witness statement production.
  • Settlement Agreements.
  • Disciplinary and grievances.
  • Attendance at hearings.
  • Article drafting.
  • Producing guidance for fee earners and clients on new areas of law.
  • Attending client meetings.
