Anne became a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2010 and acquired the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives Conveyancing Practitioner status in 2015.

Main Areas of Work:

All aspects of residential property transactions together with the operational management of the Residential Property department. Wide experience of new build plot transaction and airspace solar panel leases and other renewal energy incentives and installations.

Anne deals with aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, together with the management of the lender panels. She has vast experience in dealing with new build transactions, airspace solar panel leases and specialises in private client and matrimonial conveyancing.

Anne works closely with her two paralegals, Anne Solademi and Sarah Smedley.
