Kay graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2020 with a 2:1 degree in Law. She completed CILEX Graduate Fast-Track Diploma in 2023 and she is currently in the process of completing her portfolio to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
