Liam completed his law degree at Nottingham Trent University, and continued his LPC at College of Law in York. He qualified as a Solicitor in March 2007.

Main Areas of Work:

Liam is a highly experienced Employment Law Solicitor, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise across the full range of employment law issues,  including both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Liam has advised businesses ranging from national hotel and pub chains, through to small local family-run businesses, and everything in between for the last 18 years.

Liam has strong connections with corporate teams he works alongside, dealing with the employment issues arising from the purchase and sale of businesses, advising on TUPE-related issues and  employment-related warranties and indemnities.

Liam also carried out my his advocacy in the Employment Tribunal all across the country for a number of years, giving him greater insight into what the Employment Tribunal is looking for at final hearings.
