Trainee Solicitor in Company Commercial

Education:

Michael studied History at the University of Sheffield for his undergraduate degree. After graduating, Michael completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Masters on the Legal Practice Course. Both of these were also at the University of Sheffield.

Main Areas of Work:

Michael is currently sitting his third seat in the Company Commercial department. Michael’s main areas of work include assisting in:

• Corporate structures
