Duncan Shepherd leads Wake Smith's Corporate and Commercial department. Duncan has 20 years' experience in corporate transactions and commercial agreements and, through his broad range of local business clients, has developed considerable sector knowledge of the region's specialist industries. Working alongside Duncan is John Baddeley, who has over 25 years' experience in corporate transactions and commercial agreements. John has also developed a strong reputation in recent years in law firm management and has advised on a number of law firm mergers and partnership restructurings.
