Sheffield’s Wake Smith Solicitors has expanded and promoted its busy commercial and residential property teams.
Experienced commercial property solicitor Alison Ryde joins the solicitors’ largest department as a Senior Associate with 13 years experience.
Nicole Reid has been promoted to Associate Legal Executive in the residential conveyancing team after a year at Wake Smith, rewarding her hard work, dedication and understanding of client needs.
Alison has gained experience acting for high profile corporate occupiers and utility providers including advising on site acquisitions and disposals, and dealing with asset management work, said: “I am delighted to have joined Wake Smith’s experienced commercial property team. It is a well-established regional firm, which is known for achieving great success for its clients across the range of services it provides.”

Alison previously worked as a Real Estate Associate at DWF Law, having been admitted as a Solicitor in September 2012.
