Wake Smith’s company and commercial team have provided legal advice on the acquisition of a leading Sheffield-based supplier of truck, van and trailer parts.
Solicitor Aaron Patel acted for MJM88 Ltd, on the purchase of Fleet Services, based on Newhall Road Industrial Estate.
The successful transaction, which secures Fleet Services' long-term future and provides a strong platform for continued growth, included working with Consultant Chris Alsop and Sam Cray from Shorts Chartered Accountants, and funding from Close Bros – the value of the deal remains undisclosed.
Following completion of the transaction, Adrien Kentzer will remain involved with the business as a consultant for a period of 12 months, supporting a smooth handover and providing continuity for customers and suppliers.
